After a great week at the European Championship, all participants are back in the stable or on their way back to their home. The same goes for Fanny Verliefden who participated with Indoctro vd Steenblok in the European Championships in the Belgian dressage team. The other participants in the Belgian dressage team were Simon Missiaen, Laurence Roos and Isabel Cool. Important competitions were not only planned for the European Championship riders. But also for a student of Wim Verwimp, Diete Vos, who participated in the Inter I again for the first time after the her Belgian Championship.

During the second part, on August 20, of the team competition, Fanny competed the impressive Indoctro. The combination managed to put down a decent test in which they were able to achieve several eights in particular on the piaffe parts. Despite a few errors that depressed the total score, the combination achieved a total of 68.137%. Teammates Simon and Laurence also achieved good scores. Simon achieved a total of 67.314% with Charlie and Laurence rode Fil Rouge to 70.466%. Isabel Cool was unfortunately eliminated by the jury in her final line of the test. The Belgian dressage team has therefore finished in 14th place.

Great Victory
Pupil of Wim Verwimp, Diete Vos, had her first competition with her horse Dandy after the Belgian Championship. After the Belgian Championship, the combination worked hard on points they had encountered. That the hard training has paid off proved by the fantastic results of last weekend. This way, Diete not only achieved a super score of 71.103%, but also won the Inter I. “After a slightly disappointing BK, we just won the Inter I. I am very happy with how well Dandy is doing and even with the warm weather, Diete says about her victory.”
