Dressuurstal Verwimp was well represented during the competition in Heist op den Berg last weekend. A total of five riders from our team participated, resulting in a number of podium places. Some highlights: Fanny Verliefden won the Grand Prix and Alexa Fairchild won the U25 Grand Prix.
Victory Grand Prix for Fanny Verliefden
Fanny Verliefden participated with her approved stallion Indoctro van de Steenblok (by Rubin Royal Old) in the Grand Prix of Heist op den Berg. They rode a beautiful test, which resulted in a first place and a percentage of 73.723%! This proves once again that the combination is in good shape and ready for the big work!
Alexa wins U25 Grand Prix
A student of Fanny, Alexa Fairchild, became first with Vanita in the Grand Prix U25 from Heist op den Berg. They rode a neat score of 68.632%. Last week in Meerdonk they became second in the U25 Grand Prix, so they are on fire!
Jorinde with three horses in top three
Jorinde Verwimp came into action in Heist op den Berg with Dieudonner Utopia at level 4.1. They won this category with 66.9%. In the M10 they became third with a score of 68.7%.
With her topper Kastar (by Game-Boy D’10) Jorinde became second in the Prix St. Georges with a percentage of 68.6%. The third horse with whom Jorinde participated in the competition in Heist op den Berg was Kalahari (by Köpenick). With this dressage talent she became third in the Intermediate I with 69.1%. Chloe Morris, a pupil of Wim Verwimp, won the Intermediaire I with Lord Wallonia (by Lord Loxley). They were rewarded with a score of 70.44%. Danique van Zwol and Zeldzaam finished sixth with a score of 67.50%.
