Impressive Performances by Dressuurstal Verwimp at CDI Lier 2025
During the international competition CDI Lier 2025, held from May 15 to 18, Dressuurstal Verwimp delivered strong results across various levels. Both seasoned combinations and rising talents represented the stable with distinction. Below is an overview of the highlights from each competition day.
Thursday, May 15: Promising Start in the Prix St. Georges and Grand Prix
In the CDI 1* Prix St. Georges, there were strong performances from Eline Borrey de Coninck with Dollars (69.167%), Jorinde Verwimp with Rubis Rose (69.118%), and Olga Slascheva with Forest Hill (68.137%), placing them firmly among the top contenders.
In the CDI 3* Grand Prix, Wim Verwimp rode Jedai de Massa to a solid 67.609%, laying a strong foundation for the freestyle to music later in the weekend.
The younger generation also made their mark: Elise Verwimp scored 65.303% with Just a little bit Krack vh Klaverhof in the Junior Team Test.
Friday, May 16: Victories and Podium Finishes
Eline Borrey de Coninck shone in the Intermediaire I CDI 1*, earning a superb 1st place with 69.853% aboard Dollars.
In the CDI 3* Grand Prix Freestyle to Music, Wim Verwimp claimed an impressive 3rd place with Jedai de Massa, scoring 73.475%.
Emilia van Ierschot competed in the CDI Pony Individual Test with Golden Spring GH, earning a strong 67.297%.
Saturday, May 17: A Strong Finish with Freestyle to Music
The final day featured artistic highlights in the freestyle classes:

Jorinde Verwimp guided Rubis Rose to a lovely 71.417% in the Intermediaire I Freestyle CDI 1*.

Veronique Philippaerts-Engelen scored 68.008% with Golddream vd Kempenhoeve.
In the CDI Pony Freestyle, Emilia van Ierschot concluded her weekend on a high note with 69.983% — a great reward for her consistent progress.
