Time for a Q&A with Jorinde Verwimp!

Recently Jorinde held a Q&A on her Instagram story. Here 2 questions came up around what the competition days look like for the horses and below we share the answers. Do you also have a question for Jorinde? Let us know at our Facebook page and we will try to answer them next time!

What do competition days look like for the horses in terms of riding and exercise?

With Charmer I usually ride or walk in the ring in the morning. With most of the other horses I walk in hand 2x a day before and after riding, depending on the starting times.

What do the days after a multi-day competition look like for your horses?

After his last competition, Charmer had a few days of rest where he goes in the horse walker and loose in the arena (now that the pastures are too wet). After about 3 days we started to ease back into work to train for the next competition!
