Last week, the Belgian Young Horses Championship took place in Gesves, and both Jorinde Verwimp and Ruut Pasgang participated.
Jorinde rode with the 5-year-old Nixon and the 4-year-old Tap Dancer.
Nixon secured the 6th position on the first day with 83.3% and finished 8th in the grand final yesterday! Tap Dancer attained the 10th position on the first day with 82% and again secured 10th place in Saturday’s small final!
Ruut rode with the 5-year-old Virano and the 7-year-old Limited Edition Begijnhoeve (Limit).
Virano obtained the 11th position on the first day with 80% and finished 6th in the small final. Limit qualified for the grand final on Sunday by securing the 2nd place in the small final. In the grand final, a personal record was achieved: 79.4% for quality and 68.5% for the test. With a total score of 73.9%, Ruut and Limit finished in 4th place! We are incredibly proud of the results achieved during the championship!
